about

This document was recorded live within the wooden structure of St. Saviour's Anglican Church in the historical village of Barkerville, BC, Canada, which is located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Dakelh and Secw´epemc peoples. The performance began shortly after 1:00 PM on August 3rd, 2019.The recording was captured on a Zoom H2N recorder placed on the floor just in front of the chancel. The crowd was modest but appreciative. The church was rustic but beautiful and resembled the inner workings of an acoustic guitar. The exquisite reverberation of the building engulfs the songs which are represented in the order played with all of their live, human imperfections fully intact.
Thanks to all who were in attendance and to all who take the time to listen and appreciate the works of small timers everywhere.
